When I first started I just sort of dove in and started clicking buttons and guessing what they did. Trial and error. So there were some errors - but they were my own. When there is a con, the Facebook user group is full of people with far more knowledge then me - including programmers and the \[sensitive content hidden\], who has personally answered in depth questions, far exceeding what I needed. Probably some of the best support I have ever seen on a product, so for me, there really is no "like least" because when there is, there is always someone available to help solve that problem for you. > > As noted previously, it is a hands on company.
