Great Software

Seamless Integration with Exceptional Support
My overall experience with Zoho FSM has been positive. The platform has significantly improved our workflow, making it easier to manage field operations and communicate with customers. While there was an initial adjustment period, the benefits have far outweighed the learning curve. Additionally, [sensitive content hidden] was very good at explaining the product during pre-sales, and [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing throughout the onboarding process. Their support has been invaluable in getting the most out of the platform.
Pros
Zoho FSM has greatly streamlined our field service operations. The integration with WhatsApp Business Platform is seamless, making task management and customer communication much more efficient. Highly recommend for any service-based business!
Cons
It took a little time to fully explore all the features, but overall, Zoho FSM has been a valuable addition to our workflow.

FSM is the way future for Field Service Management
An incredible experience from day one of using the product. Aravind and his team have been very helpful and very knowledgeable! Their willingness to go over and above the call to duty to assist me where ever needed.

The functionality and ease of use.

The onboarding process has been seamless and extremely efficient.
The aftersales support is the best in the industry.
The ability to integrate with many software platforms.

Finally a FSM that works and budget friendly
So far it has been great, everything I was looking for. The integration with Zoho Books/Inventory is a lifesaver. Love how it all syncs together
Pros
So far Zoho FSM is everything we needed in a Field Management software. Able to track leads/requests for service. Keep notes, and send estimates/invoices. So much easier than notepads. Also like that it is budget friendly and won't break the bank.
Cons
Still looking at different ways to label requests. The default does not work well for us.

FSM & Team Clean Cooperation
The beginning was difficult. We first had to get used to it. It was the beginning of FSM and we switched to it in the high season. It was a bit brisk. Now I can't imagine working without FSM. I see how everything is only getting better and I really enjoy being in contact with competent, responsive and friendly staff.

I'm sorry to mention this, but the fact is that FSM is being built in parallel while we are working at the same time. But that is normal. It was much more noticeable at the beginning.
