Being able to track a wide range of data points to monitor clients progress. However, this also has it's pro's because you're able to include more details and instructions. Having the option to create / add my own benchmark exercises, rather than relying on the data base would be great. Also, having a built in 1RM predictor for basic strength exercises based upon the load, reps and RPE within a given set would be a great feature. I would be very happy to consult a member of your team to help put this in place. Needing to assign workouts on specific days of the week doesn't work well for many clients due to their busy / unpredictable schedules. Having the option to prescribe workouts in a certain order without assigning each workout to a specific day of the week would be a good addition. I have other coaches programming certain tracks and I have to give them my log in to do so. Which means they message their own clients with my profile which I don't like.
