There was always someone available that was directly assigned to our account our new payroll company to talk to a general customer service person each time. > > **Cons**: Untimely correction for errors that were made, and no accountablility for this mistake. Excuses were made that it was not the job of that representative anymore because of a promotion and no one was assigned to the account, so he was doing both jobs. This is not the customers problem it is the companies issue to fix. > > Good until an error occurred with payment to a third party, this became lengthy to get a resolution.
