In the past, we had to juggle multiple platforms to cater to our clients, which was both time-consuming and difficult to manage. Now, our entire organization can utilize Mashrmail to effortlessly craft emails, even without coding expertise, resulting in the creation of fantastic, on-brand emails

> **Cons**: Establishing the integration required coordination with our marketing automation teams, but once we had all the necessary credentials, the process was as straightforward as inputting them into Mashrmail, and we were good to go

> **Pros**: It is not overly complicated and works well to build simple and clean EDMs

> **Cons**: There are many random bugs and a lot of design restrictions which is understandable since many users are not designers. Ideally there would be a designer product and regular customer product.

> Overall, it is constantly improving and making its way to be a top teir product but I think there is still many ways it could be improve.
