> **Pros**: Liine offers reporting insights that's hard to get in the healthcare space because of the nature of needing to remain HIPAA compliant.  It's given our front desk operations teams valuable feedback to develop and improve upon best practices that ultimately lead to a higher conversion rate on our digital ad dollars invested.  It also informs our Google and Meta campaign, allowing us to optimize towards appointments booked instead of just clicks, phone calls or form fills.

> **Cons**: Most of the data intentionally remains inside Liine vs being downloadable, but part of that is due to HIPAA.

> **Pros**: Very organized system and not confusing to navigate. I like how it transcribes calls and is able to pick up the name of the person who answered the call as well so we can keep track of bookings.
