Basic VPN software
It was a key tool in our tech stack during the remote work periods, particularly during the pandemic. It fullfills it's main purpose, delivering a simple and fast way to establish VPN connections.
Pros
This tool provided a simple, safe and fast way to establish a VPN connection to our client's network. It was a key tool during the pandemic, where all of out team was working from home.
Cons
The VPN connection breaks were sometimes frequent and the information regarding these events was not depicted in a clear way, so that's a thing to improve. Also, some websites connections were slowed down and during momments of huge amounts of network traffic, the connection strength was poor.

The best VPN solution our Company ever had!
My experience with Cisco AnyConnect is absolutely positive. If you want a product that is extremely efficient, stable and does the job it's meant for perfectly but at the same time it is easy to deploy than Cisco AnyConnect is the product for you. I highly recommend it for any company regardless of size.
Pros
I am in charge of deploying Cisco AnyConnect to all workstations we manage including the deployment of updates for it. Current version we use is: 4.10.07061. AnyConnect is the most stable, functional and easy to manage VPN solution we ever had the pleasure of using. Mass-deployment is easy and straightforward, and responsiveness of the app is fast and efficient even on our low-end computers.
Cons
Cisco AnyConnect is an amazing product; it is hard to find something that I don't like about it. But if I had to nitpick, troubleshooting Cisco AnyConnect installation is not as easy as one may think. We had a case a while back when we upgraded from an older version of Cisco AnyConnect to a newer one which caused issues with authentication for some of our clients because the technology that the new version supported was not supported by our (outdated) Routers. It wasn't really Cisco's fault just thought to mention it so that others may take it into account if facing a similar situation.

VPN at its best
If there were 100 stars for feedback, I would give that to Cisco AnyConnect.
Pros
Integrating Cisco AnyConnect with windows active directory is a perfect solution for managing users in the simplest way. The ability to edit a customer's VPN URL link to a new one is a perfect solution, because you wouldn't need to start the entire setup process over. Just edit and save, plus edit the VPN config file on the DC.
Installation is easy and straightforward.
Cons
Downloading the Cisco Anyconnect on Mac is not as easy as it should. This should be listed among free apps that can be downloaded on the IOS store.

A client definitely you can rely on
Pros
I have been using cisco AnyConnect for over 4 years. I am a network engineer by profession and have configured my ASA firewall to help users to connect to our environment via cisco anyconnect. Cisco anyconnect uses SSL 443 and DTLS (UDP 443) which means you will connect to anyconnect if your company has standard internet access allowed. Supports split tunneling which means you can allow only company traffic to flow via VPN rest using your local internet. It supports MFA too.
When it comes to cisco support, they are top notch.
Cons
Its bit expensive when compared to fortigate vpn solution.

Robust, secure and reliable VPN for remote work.
Thanks to the ease of implementation and use, Annyconnect was a key tool to keep our operation running normally in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, with the difference that the activities would be performed from different locations, but with the same effectiveness and security as if we were in the office, with anyconnect the adaptation process was simple and short time for our entire team, also anyconnect to be compatible with any device favored even more to the implementation was fast and contingent, it really is very easy to use and navigate the user interface even more, to log in, just fill out the credentials (username and password) and you are ready to perform your daily work, since we use Anyconnect we are confident that all our information is safe, and thanks to its excellent performance has been possible to fully comply with all operational activities of our company.
Pros
I like the ease with which it can be integrated and deployed, it is easy to configure and manage (it is designed so that anyone can use it). Anyconnect provides a secure environment to connect to our corporate network, it is compatible with many devices, it is surprising that a tool so easy to use is so powerful and efficient; Anyconnect works very well and its performance is exceptional, it also keeps our information protected (provides security against viruses, malware, unauthorized websites and other online threats among others).
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about Anyconnect so far, to be very honest it has really worked wonders for us and the benefits we have obtained while using it are countless, I have no negative comments to highlight.

Honest Review on Cisco Any Connect (VPN)
Pros
It's very easy to use and pretty straight forward. I like that there is an added security feature that promts users to enter the numbers displayed on the laptop screen into the microsoft authenticator app.
Cons
I noticed that the code to enter is usually 2 digits, I don't think that's strong enough.

The VPN you need (if you need VPN)
Any frustrations I've ever had with AnyConnect have been due to user error - nothing about the software itself. It's a minimal pop-up window that helps me log in and make a secure connection to get my work files. After using it for a while, it becomes habit just like anything else. I don't know what it's like as an administrator, but as a user I'm fully satisfied.
Pros
I don't fully understand the intricacies of VPN, but I trust our organization's IT team since they say we need it. VPN lets me get the files I need from our organization's server when I'm at home, and I have to say AnyConnect makes it easy to do so. You're just a few clicks away, and it reminds you if you've disconnected after a long period of inactivity or shutting your computer off. I don't have any experience with another VPN client, but I can't imagine it being much easier than this from a user perspective.
Cons
VPN is one of those things everyone finds annoying - but they don't complain about having to login into their Facebook account. It's pretty much the same number of clicks, except you can't auto-save your password (otherwise what's the point of logging in for security reasons?) It's one more thing to remember, sure, but we learn to remember the important processes that help us get our work done.

A solid VPN client platform for technical and non-technical alike
Enterprise-class product for VPN access to maintain productivity and security from remote or insecure network locations.
Pros
- Stable software that is polished and minimalist.
- Vendor-supported software; If you have problems, Cisco offers enterprise-level technical support channels for enterprise application managers.
- Apple/Windows support, with very similar feature and interface parity. Sometimes this is not the case for some cross-platform applications.
- Provide integration for multi-factor authentication (Duo, RSA, etc.)
- Flexible design to support multiple VPN profiles, should you need to manage multiple access profiles.
- Client software updates are automatically deployed from VPN servers to client end-point installs, making it a very elegant solution for non-technical and technical users alike.
Cons
- Successful and reliable VPN access is built upon a robust network and a VPN server configuration. Updates pushed to AnyConnect software provided by the company I work for have caused issues for users periodically. This is not necessarily the fault of Cisco AnyConnect, but rather, an issue with communication and coordination of changes between VPN support personnel and end-users.
If VPN personnel make changes to the VPN server infrastructure that impacts end-users, its important to consider when and how to coordinate those changes so as to minimize the impact and frustration to end-users.

Easy and reliable connectivity with Cisco Anyconnect
Best Cisco Anyconnect which connects world with just a click
Pros
Work from home has made enormously better by Cisco Anyconnect with his secure ,easy and reliable connectivity remotely anywhere.
It is pretty much used everywhere and people are well aware of it since it’s user friendly. I have been using VPN feature and really it’s very nice and no need to worry about hard tokens which had reduced risk of vulnerability and security breach. Super easy to connect remotely specially in this COVID situation . It has multiple routing options and secured completely .Never observed any disconnecting issues while in meeting over 30+ people
Cons
Only cons is that frequently sometimes it gets disconnected and connected automatically and it will last for few mins until it gets stable.
It probably disturbs the ongoing meetings or calls which makes me feel little annoying else it’s good

Simple secure mobile client tool that works properly
In overall, I think Anyconnect secure mobile client is a very robust, simple; but effective tool. Provides secure connection and enable you do your work professionally. I highly recommend as a business solution.
Pros
I'm using it as a VPN client to have secure web connection which is required for our mails, online systems or confidential links. First of all, Cisco Anyconnect is a very simple tool with a mini interface which appears at the bottom of your screen. Secondly, due to it's light interface it never cause computer to slow down. Connection speed is high and connection does not get lost most of the times. There is a small menu where you can access connection and certificate settings. You can reach the program from it's hidden icon at the right bottom and you can understand if it's connected or not.
Cons
Connection speed may be quite long if your internet connection is not high enough. Also you may be disconnected due to your speed. I don't think this is depends on software performance.

Easy, easy, easy
Pros
I'm not a firewall expert, but even I can get AnyConnect setup on a Cisco ASA 5XXX series in about an hour. It's a pretty straightforward process with lots of guides available. Installing it on the client is even easier, and the best part is that it's only two or three mouse clicks to get connected, so it's very easy to teach to an end user. The connection is rock solid, I've never had issues with connectivity.
Cons
Licensing anything with Cisco is confusing, and this is no exception. Even though I've done it several times, it still takes me more time than I'd care to admit to figure out the correct SKU for the software license I need. It's also annoying that many ASA's need to have a 512MB RAM stick installed before AnyConnect can be used. Configuring AnyConnect to use Radius is also pretty confusing for me, although this more a function of the ASA than AnyConnect.

Simple and powerful VPN tool
It's a great and powerful tool for VPN in a professional environment.
Pros
I have been using AnyConnect since I started working remotely due to the pandemic in March of 2020. I never have had any issues with it. It is fast, the UI is simple and straight-forward. It just works. It works with DUO 2-factor authentication which is great.
Cons
For my case specifically, I have to re-connect every 24 hours, which can be a little annoying because I tend to leave my work computer on during the work week so I don't have to re-open everything where I left off. If I get disconnected from the VPN, it will exit out of all of my windows explorer windows so I have to be aware of that before I stop working for the day that I don't forget any windows I left open.

Secure Mobility Client for your needs
In overall, I'm happy with Cisco AnyConnect. It is really easy to use. You do not need any training to use the software. Spends not much RAM; so it does not makes the computer slows down. Very robust as long as you have a moderate speed internet.
Pros
The best thing I like with Cisco AnyConnect is that it's really an easy software to use
It has a very minimal interface; so comfortable for your eyes. Multiple server option are available for your selection. You can even switch between the servers. In general, provides high speed secure connection. You can see statistics and connection history; which is a very good feature if you want to see what happened before.
Cons
No advanced options are available. Would be better if user based connection options are allowed. Can get disconnected easily if your internet speed is not so high.

Cisco AnyConnect: A Great OVerall VPN Solution
Overall Anyconnect is great and easy to set up! It worked well for our use case and we hardly ever had any issues. The reason we moved away from it was to move towards a ZTNA product that offered more robust security measures and gave our organization many more features compared to AnyConnect. However, as a VPN product, you can't get much better than AnyConnect. Being able to store multiple connections and swap between them seamlessly was a great advantage for us.
Pros
If you're looking for an easy to set up VPN with MFA capabilities, it is perfect. Deploying the client to users is also very easy to do and we were connected in minutes. It also just worked, it auto updated if necessary and most users never had any issue with it randomly stopping working.
Cons
There really isn't anything terrible about AnyConnect if you need just a VPN. However MFA is essentially your only security with this product, so make sure that is implemented as well in your organization.

Strong VPN service with Cisco AnyConnect
Working remotely can be amazing, but cafes and co-working spaces often lack ironclad security. Cisco AnyConnect swoops in turning any Wi-Fi connection into a private tunnel. Setting it up was a breeze, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy. In most cases video calls are crystal clear, and downloads fly by.
Pros
As someone working remotely, I appreciate what Cisco AnyConnect offers. It is easy to set up. It also remembers my login details so I don't have to type them in every time. Their security features give me peace of mind knowing my data is protected, especially when working on public Wi-Fi.

Pros
I like Cisco products in general because of their reliability but what I particularly like about AnyConnect is the ease of use for end users. I’ve used other VPN solutions that are a lot more cumbersome and take more steps to connect.

Cisco AnyConnect: An Efficient and Secure VPN Client
Very good experience from a performance and security perspective. Would recommend this VPN client for secure and efficient establishment of VPN tunnels.
Pros
We use Cisco AnyConnect to create secure encrypted tunnels to the Mason VPN server when off-campus. We benchmarked the security and performance of Cisco AnyConnect and it was really interesting its use of DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) which relies on UDP to provide more efficient VPN tunneling by avoiding the complex TCP 3-way handshaking schemes. This is a great strategy in the cases when the underlying connections are already using TCP/TLS which avoids another expensive VPN TLS on top of the already existing TLS connection.
Cons
Adding exception routes to divert traffic from using the VPN is not flexible to configure in Cisco AnyConnect. You need to do it within the OS using the add route command.
