Our system uses a software stack that is off the beaten track, but H2H has always been very helpful working through any problems that have arisen during software changes or any other technical issues that came up. That's not the norm in the industry in our experience. > > **Cons**: Once in awhile we have to get up earlier than we'd like in order to have conversations with people in different time zones. > > We have nothing but good things to say about the support level we have received.
