Their best work is that Wisere allows you to manage the full flow of the customer journey to maximize revenue \& minimize cost: From Data lead -\> Trial -\> Appointment -\> CS -\> Promotion for retention -\> Referral

> **Cons**: The cost is their biggest concern since you may counter the complexity of using the system for the first time without a clear vision of how it would be beneficial to your business with such an initial price.

My advice is that, if your company doesn't have at least 3 branches and a great amount of customers, Wisere may not be what you are looking for at the moment. 

However, they may offer you a free trial, take it because there is nothing to lose so you could try it yourself.
