> **Cons**: The one way interview was a bit daunting but if you want the job you will do what it takes... That being said, now as a hiring manager for all customer facing rolls, I work with them now too.

> 10 out of 10.  You actually meet with the \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10; when you schedule a demo and they really listen to what you need before going through the platform instead of jamming product down your throat.

> **Pros**: We appreciate the support that we receive.  We get a lot of quality candidates and are paying less than when we were going direct through some of the big platforms.  It's been a total win/win for our company.

> **Cons**: No complaints.  Sometimes the view of expired jobs is a little tricky to navigate, but that is a very mild con.  The system is very straightforward and easy to use.

Each potential employee moves from applied to various interview states, to final hire, which makes it super easy regardless of the source of their resume/application.  Overall I don't see anything that compares to the ease of use and true agnostic nature of a hiring platform.

> **Cons**: Nothing comes to mind because they don't have any issues in their software or online systems.   For future enhancements maybe have more onboarding items, like training videos to be assigned to new-hires from the platform (which probably expands their business in other areas).
