The overall value of the platform, content library, and client support have been very good\! Anytime I've had questions, my account manager has responded same day and provided solutions to nearly every roadblock I've come across. > > **Cons**: I feel from the Admin side, we should have a bit more control. For example, as I'm creating new content, once it publishes to TLC, it changes my thumbnail photo to a generic one that I cannot edit, causing every one of my courses that I've added myself to visually look the same. I would also like to be able to control the company logo and banner photo areas of the dashboard. Currently, the only way to do this is to send your photos to TLC directly and wait for them to update your changes. This feels like something minute enough to allow the user admin(s) to control in my opinion. > > So far, it's been a really positive experience\! The ability to assign Lesson Plans, customized by the organization to meet the needs of employees' development is an asset to our organization. Employees also have the ability to choose addition classes to enhance the required classes. All the courses taken are recorded for use at employee's job evaluation. > > **Cons**: It was a bit tasking to set up the lesson plans. Once I got the hang of it, it went smoothly.
