> **Pros**: I would say that vSAN is the best feature that vmware created and it work very well if you have high speed of network 10Gb in your datacenter, and you no need to invest alot of money on the dedicated SAN.
the feature i love the most, it can create the raid level on the top of the Host storage.

> **Cons**: even its good but please becareful if you have network bandwidth 1Gb it will stuck your storage and reduce performance.

> we have using the vSAN as experiment in the development host, because we use the second hand server R730 cluster storage by using vsan in the development mode to create development VM it perform very well. but for the real production we still using Dedicated dell SAN unity.
