> **Pros**: We have had a very positive experience working with Recur on our new website. Their customer support has been exceptional—we are always able to speak with a real person, and their team has been willing to meet with us virtually whenever needed. The website has a slick, professional appearance and allows us to use our own photos, graphics, and branding to reflect our organization. We were also able to successfully migrate most of our content from our previous site, making the transition much smoother than expected. The cost is very reasonable, and we have received positive feedback from our members about the new website. Overall, we are very pleased with both the final product and the support we have received throughout the process.

> **Cons**: One challenge has been that some requested updates and customizations have taken longer than expected while Recur works through the best way to implement them. We also currently rely on Recur for many website updates, including posts, as we do not yet have full control over all site content. However, they have also informed us that we will soon have greater ability to manage and update the site independently.

The transition required some troubleshooting when navigating features of our old platform, and new (i.e., Recur), however, the Recur support team has been excellent and timely in their response. &#10;Our new webpage is beautiful, and much more user-friendly.

> **Cons**: There are certain features that would be nice to have available via Recur in the future. For example, we rely largely on online webinars for producing some revenue from our membership, and aim to offer reduced costs, depending on membership, as well as membership levels. This is currently only available via somewhat of a workaround using "events" instead of products. The support team was excellent with finding a solution for us. &#10;&#10;It would also be nice to have some "editing" control for basic webpage content (e.g., adjusting certain descriptions, adding a tab/webpage, etc.), rather than relying on submitting to the Recur support team to add and/or edit a page. On our previous platform, folks with admin access could in the moment change and update certain webpage content quickly, when needed.

> **Pros**: We were looking for an affordable tool to move away from our piecemeal approach to managing our association.  Recur has been a good solution for us.  We are able to automate many tasks and chose to rebuild our website through Recur for a more seamless integration.

> **Cons**: We've had some bumps and glitches from not knowing how to do a task or some aspect not working as anticipated.  When we transitioned our domain name, we hit the biggest bumps.  Upgrades have helped along the way and we're looking forward to more updates and improved ways to manage our website and organization.

> ICTFL, the Illinois Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, has been a client of Recur since June 2025. Recur is an entrepreneurial team and has been very responsive to our needs.  Our questions and concerns are addressed even when our needs are more complex and may take time to figure out.
