Letmo gives that daily output one home. A photo taken in the app arrives with its date, time, GPS coordinates and author already attached, filed in the right project folder. Notes can be dictated instead of typed, which matters when your team works with gloves on: a French AI transcribes and tidies up the text automatically. Quotes, plans and reports sit in the same folder as the photos.

From the office, a map shows every active site, filterable by status. Five permission roles decide who sees what, so a subcontractor only ever reaches their own project. Your client follows progress through a web gallery carrying your name, with no account to create and without ever seeing your team's phone numbers.
