The ability to see when facilities and dr's are sending their pt's on hospice (Early/late/no hospice) and where pt's end up (HHA, SNF, No PAC, etc.) is extremely helpful in identifying where we can come in to support these facilities and doctors with our services. It also shows us sources that are worthwhile partnering and doing business with, and those that already have strong affiliations with other hospices, where we don't want to "waste" resources. > > **Cons**: To no fault of Trella, I often look for data that would be encapsulated in the Home Health solution, so that took a little while to get used to (only having the Hospice solution for our team at this time) > > Initially, Trella "can" be overwhelming if you don't know what you are looking for. Between the help articles and the fabulous office hours and client success mgr's, it couldn't be easier to schedule time with someone or self-study to get the answers you need. The whole team is kind, thorough, and helpful and makes Trella completely user-friendly for users of all experience levels.
