> **Pros**: The great service we receive from our HR manager. \[sensitive content hidden\] is super responsive and knowledgeable. Sequoia is able to answer our questions and always giv es us plenty of notice when we have compliance due.

> **Cons**: The systems can be quite clunky, especially prism. Compared to other PEO software's it is slightly outdated and hard to find what you need.
