With Employee File, companies can close a critical gap in SAP systems, providing a single reliable localtion for all employee,  connecting all HR processes and ensuring automation and speed. Users can work with the files from anywhere, provide management and employee self-service, and create automated processes to reduce workload while ensuring document compliance. 

Individual permissions and secure encryption ensure that access rights are defined and retention and disposition policies are followed. All workflows and approval processes for employment contracts, references, employee master data, and other employee information can be controlled directly from the digital employee file. Additionally, decentralized business partners, such as shared services in different plants or locations, have access through an intuitive user interface based on SAP Fiori - even on mobile devices.

Employee File facilitates integration into digital processes and the use of the secure SAP authorization concept. It supports the HXM move process and can, therefore, also integrate the existing SAP HCM system. The solution can be rolled out globally and adapted to country-specific requirements.
