> **Pros**: I just watched this work in real time.  As the employee completed each field, it appeared on my end.  This software is brilliant and such a time saver.  I'm literally trying to think who I can recommend this product to.  

Love how it syncs straight into Xero.

> **Cons**: I haven't come across any as of yet.  It's easy to set up and use.  And while it's free at the moment, I do worry about what it will cost when a price has been implemented.

This is going to be a game changer now that the ATO has moved to doing employee Tax File Declarations via the My Gov portal and you can't download the pdf forms anymore.  I love how the information is available straight away, and you're not having to wait for the employee to complete the form in it's entirety.
