> **Pros**: EventPack is the most user friendly software I have found for event registration and check-in. The only other software that was as good and affordable for registration badge printing was boomset. No lines or waiting for my 1500 person event. The team communicates well and really seems to care.

> **Cons**: There were a few features I wanted that EventPack didn’t have yet, but they are working to implement them. They were able to build a beta system in time for my event that covered 2 of 3 functions that are bespoke to my industry. I appreciate that they made magic happen\!

> **Pros**: What I liked most was the customer support, easy usage, and configuration. If I had to give five stars to something, it would be the prompt response from the support team and the flexibility of their development support in accommodating all our extravagant requirements. Also, they have more than one app in their environment, so we could also integrate the check-in, attendees' experience, and sponsors' lead capture into just one experience.

> **Cons**: What I liked the least was that we couldn't personalize our app in the backend ourselves; we had to ask the app team to do it. It would be amazing to have a configuration module.
