But fast forward a few months to March 2026 and it was clear that the product had taken big strides forward, so I was then ready to commit. A further four months down the line, I only have good things to say about Tidyflow. The main thing to mention is the responsiveness of the support team, in particular \[sensitive content hidden\]. Any issues I have identified have been dealt with and rectified literally within a day or two, many times even within 24 hours. Suggestions I have put forward for improvement have been implemented in double quick time. Overall, everything just works, whether that be time recording, deadline management, monitoring WIP, billing (although I use separate software to issue bills), client portal, digital signatures, and many other features that a small accounting or bookkeeping practice needs.
