Clients also tend to find the booking process easy and convenient, which has been a major benefit for my practice. > > **Cons**: The biggest limitations for me are on the marketing and communication side of the platform. The email campaign editor is functional, but it feels more limited compared to dedicated email marketing platforms. Formatting options and design flexibility can be restrictive, especially when trying to create more polished or branded campaigns. I also wish there were more detailed email analytics available. It would be helpful to see exactly which clients are opening emails, engaging with campaigns, or unsubscribing so communication strategies could be adjusted more effectively.
