> **Pros**: Most builders offer a referral program for their past purchasers. For many builders, a large percentage of their buyers come from referrals. But the execution of the program is manual and clunky. Locorum makes it easy to execute a strong referral program to past purchasers and expand it to anyone who refers and also real estate agents.
