### "Slowest customer support (several week minimum)" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: A moderately straightforward system that doesn't appear to be full of malware or to be leaking student data. That's the lowest possible barrier but it is all that I can give this company.

> **Cons**: My university has NEVER received a response to their customer service in less than two weeks. We have 11 programs that utilize MyCE for clinical affiliations. The average response time for customer support is ten weeks. (Test it - visit their customer support page and you'll notice 1. No phone number and 2. That if you create a ticket you won't hear back for the rest of the semester.) As a result, I'm doing a lot of our work via paper/fax. I can not recommend this program... at all.
