Market Research with CleverX
It has been great so far. I cannot speak to what it is like to work with CleverX from a researcher standpoint, but as a survey participant, my experience has been optimal.
Pros
I recently worked with CleverX on a few of their market research projects. They were sent over to me in a timely manner on topics in my industry that I found interesting. Payment was promptly recieved less than 30 days from completion of the surveys. I would reccomend helping with some of their surveys if you get a chance, I have had a great experience so far.
Cons
I do not like having to wait for the completion of the survey to be paid out, but I do understand that this is done to make sure that CleverX recieves enough responses to provide data back to their clients.

CleverX is easy to use and once you have a profile set up there are frequent opportunities to participate in market research, be it surveys and/or longer form interviews.
Cons
The dashboards for payment can confusing, and sometimes you might think you qualify for a survey/project but the system will remove you from the consideration set.

Once you complete a survey successfully, they won't pay you for months. I've been waiting over 4 months on several surveys.

We understand your frustration with late payouts and want to explain why this happens.
When bigger enterprises like Meta, Amazon, Google, Pinterest, etc. approach us with market research studies like the ones you have participated in, the study timeline can vary from a couple of weeks to even months. This means the study needs to be completed with the desired number of respondents and verified by the company before we can release the payouts.
What happens due to this is that even if you're one of the first few participants in the research, the enterprise would often release the payout only after it's done with the final research participant, and all research data is verified.

It's one of the best platforms that connects experts such as me to clients who need my expertise and experience. There are only a few other expert platforms in the same league.

CleverX has a complete integrated system - so as a user I'm happy. The process of selecting research projects and managing the process and payment is in one system. Recent updates to the interface are superb and it is supported by real professionals rather than bots.
Cons
As a user direct messaging functionality doesn't flag if the person you are messaging is working or read messages. It would be good to ensure that messages are forwarded to general messages to avoid delays.
