Responsiveness and deep knowledge of the customer support team when there is an issue, and collaboration and willingness to find solutions from the customer success team.

> **Cons**: Not much to dislike. If I had to say one thing, I feel like the platform could be modernised but I accept that there are other available products that we have not taken up. I think even the alternatives could offer more options on usability and configuration.
