> **Pros**: As a TV production coordinator it's amazing to work with a company that's so involved and really cares deeply about their product. Our producers have been conducting interviews with OpenReel, and even though some have picked up the software faster than others OpenReel has answered all of our questions along the way. Additionally I would like to say this is just an impressive program\!

> **Cons**: There's a lot to remember when you first get going, but once you do it a couple times it's really easy. I also think there's an update coming out that will streamline some of these issues.
