This has dramatically improved efficiency over a user having to wait until they're back in the office in order to give their secretary the mini tape for them to dictate for them. > > **Cons**: The user-friendliness of their product is pretty awful. Their app looks as if it hasn't seen an update in a few years and something as simple as a send button is far from intuitive. It also lacks routing capabilities for the person doing the dictating as far as being able to define what end user gets what dictation.
