The support was also great and we were given implementation assistance when needed. > > **Cons**: There are a few things that could improve about MakesBridge. Firstly, there is no way to view an email funnel graphically. You can only create email funnels text based. Secondly, you cannot send someone from one email funnel to another. Third, the integration into salesforce is very weak. Makesbridge integrates into salesforce with an iframe, unlike other platforms with which you can integrate on the field-level.
