> **Pros**: We operate multiple concepts with different menus. This system allows me to control all of our locations from any web browser. Changing menus, staff, or any configuration is a breeze. It is a Windows cloud-based POS solution. It is very easy to use and very user-friendly. All of the reporting and configuration is web-based and real-time. It offers a great redundancy when our internet is offline. They have a great 24/7/365 support that is included in the pricing. Their hardware assurance plan is great because you only need to buy the hardware once and never worry about investing over and over again in the hardware.

> **Cons**: Can't think of any. Comparing it to other providers that we have tried over the years, this system is built and priced very well.

> **Pros**: If your looking for a Cloud based POS system that doesn't update,  doesn't print tickets, reopens closed checks, deletes CC payments and a laundry list of other things with no customer support, than look no further.  This is the system for you. There is nothing this system does well in 2021.  It is antiquated at best and has no new features that work as promised.

> After an initial good, not great, experience of 6 years we opted to use My axis point for new locations.  Since the new install we have had nothing but issues.  The terminals purchased through My axis point might as well be a paper weight.  The myaxis terminals wont take updates from Microsoft creating multiple printing issues.  The terminals reopen closed checks and delete credit card information creating tip issues with staff.  Worst of all the company doesn't respond to support tickets. (we have some open over a year) leaving the operator to create Band-Aids to limp along while trying to run a restaurant.  Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this product as possible.
