Occasionally, a small configuration issue within the many back-office setup options can cause a specific feature or function to stop working. Garbage In, Garbage Out. We brought a lot of garbage to the table, and that led to challenges with the implementation team and out accounting team. > > Northstar is delivering on the promise of having everything we need on one platform. Our biggest frustration before Northstar was that our POA/accounting, golf, food \& beverage, and recreation facility operations were all set up with different best-in-class systems. The Northstar approach pulls everything we need onto the same environment. It's not easy, but it's worth it. The process has not been as smooth as we would have liked, but we're pleased with how responsive the support team has been over time.
