> **Pros**: I liked the fact that it was a one time purchase (or so I thought).  The other support systems require regular monthly payments by seat that grew quite high in price.

> **Cons**: As a plug-in there were constant updates and quite a few problems with my team.

> My biggest frustration was after 6 months of using the system I went back to freshdesk.  We were happy to see that the monthly fees were more reasonable for our company.  As I closed down the system and thought I had turned off the autorenew I learned that I had not correctly turned off the autorenew.  After immediatly approaching them of the mistake they refused to refund any of the expensive annual fee.   I would never get away with treating my customers like this.   I rarely write reviews but this one really frustrated me.  We are still cleaning up our Wordpress install from the mess it made with media
