You can create various 'vaults' and then folders and subfolders and it makes everything so easy to find. There are also a ton of different things you can do with a file/folder. You can share files, create a file upload link so someone else can upload to it, etc. There are so many things that Vault does, I love it\! > > **Cons**: My least favorite thing about Vault is how sometimes links that are created randomly break and are not accessible so I have to set up another link. This does not happen that often, but when it does it can take several minutes to figure out where the link was at so I can create another one. > > Vault helps our company have a central file saving and sharing system that works really well\!
