> **Pros**: The speed of the system is much quicker than the previous system that we used (Lamasoft's 'Supply Chain Guru' v8).&#10;&#10;River Logic were able to build new criteria concerning Tier 1, 2 \&amp; 3 CO2 emissions into the system that we have which is a key metric that Tarmac Cement has to consider.&#10;&#10;River Logic also built a new Mapping output to show locations by the supply point and the size of the demand which was new to both parties.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately during both the 'Solution selection' and 'Implementation' phases there were 3 key River Logic team members leave the business that impacted the process. However River Logic handled these changes professionally and with minimal disruption to the overall process.

> I found River Logic to be professional and listened to our needs, but also have brought new ideas to the table some of which we have taken on board now and others that we may look to develop in the future.
