During our first ERP implementation, the consultants and project executives were patient, responsive, and willing to work closely with our team to address concerns and provide training. They were proactive in helping us identify practical workarounds when certain process limitations arose. After go-live, Synergix team also continued to refine the system based on our feedback and remained accommodating with upgrade requests. > > **Cons**: There was a learning curve during the initial rollout, particularly to transit from manual processes.
