It is well suited to construction, manufacturing, engineering, landscaping, farming, warehousing, hospitality, security and other crew-based, shift-based or multi-location operations. At the center of TimeDock is a plug-and-play wall-mounted time clock. Employees tap their assigned NFC card, badge or key fob to clock in and out or record time against jobs and activities (AKA cost centers). Each entry syncs over Wi-Fi to live online timesheets. Businesses can install multiple time clocks across different locations, allowing employees to clock in at one device and out at another. For crews working away from a fixed time clock, supervisors can use the TimeDock mobile app to scan the same employee badges using QR codes or NFC. This gives businesses a consistent way to capture time across workshops, offices and remote jobsites. Managers can review employee hours, attendance and job time in real time, correct missing entries, run reports and export timesheets to dozens of payroll systems. CSV, Excel and PDF exports are also available. This helps reduce paper timesheets, late submissions and repetitive payroll data entry. TimeDock machines are designed for commercial and industrial environments. Setup is self-service: mount the supplied bracket, connect the device to power and Wi-Fi, and begin clocking. Devices can be paired with the customer’s account before delivery, and employee cards or key fobs can also be supplied pre-programmed.
