Most teams that come to SCREENish have the same problem: they are paying for hours they cannot see. The work is delivered from computers the manager will never sit at, sometimes in another country, and screenshots alone tell you that something was done, not who did it or whether the hours on the invoice match the hours worked. What buyers usually cannot find elsewhere at this price is verification. Face verification checks during tracked sessions that the person at the keyboard matches a photo you approved in advance, and shows the result as a match rate per hour, right beside the screenshots you already review. It is consent-first by design: it cannot be switched on until the employee accepts the request from their own dashboard, consent is given separately for each employer, and it can be withdrawn at any time. This makes buddy punching, shared logins and quietly subcontracted work visible instead of invisible. Activity Review goes one step further and detects auto-clickers, mouse jigglers, auto-typers and other input automation, together with the context a manager needs to decide, such as a legitimate remote-desktop session. Every flag is a human decision, never an automatic penalty. Privacy is handled deliberately rather than as an afterthought. Activity levels come from input counts, never from what anyone types. AI smart blur, a second AI model, finds and hides passwords, keys and personal data in screenshots automatically, so they never reach your archive, and employees can delete their own screenshots, which stay visible in the log as deleted. Monitoring options are set per project, and every consent request and response is recorded. For managers, Team Overview shows the whole team on one page: who is online, hours tracked today and this week, rankings and a 7-day trend, staff coverage by hour, and a monthly attendance and overtime report. Work logs can be approved manually, in bulk, or automatically by rule. Delegated managers can run the account with their own login, and clients can be given a read-only view of a single project. Underneath is complete time tracking. The desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux tracks time per project, captures screenshots at intervals you set, records activity levels from mouse and keyboard input, and turns all of it into work logs, billable and non-billable hours, multiple billing rates and payroll-ready reports. Offline periods are recorded and synced when the connection returns, so no hour is lost to a dropped connection. An Android app adds GPS tracking for field staff, and a Chrome extension covers Chromebooks. Also included: idle-time measurement per block, active programs and window titles, weekly limits, hourly rates with retroactive changes, premium hours for night or weekend rates, scheduled email reports, CSV and XLS exports, two-factor authentication, and Team Huddle: peer-to-peer calls, chat, screen sharing and file transfer that are never recorded.
