As a company we have been using it for seven years and have a pretty good understanding of how things work. We recently began using the scheduling portion of the program and it has been very helpful for our dispatchers. We also like the fact that all accounting functions are integrated. We have continually expanded the amount of resources within Southware that we use and haven't come close to accessing the full capacity of what it offers. Southware has allowed us to run our business tighter with fewer support staff (for AR, AP, inventory)and allowed us to achieve higher quality for our customers and sales numbers throughout our company.
