It is easy to filter the applicants, and the app is brilliant with input from your colleagues. It allows you to add notes by your entire team, and when hiring in tech it is extremely important to see what your team thinks of the new hires. I was in love with the fact that it also covers onboarding once the hiring process is done. You can set up lists of documents for the applicants to collect and send in, and even have a contract signed through the system, which is amazing in this time of social distancing. And it's super fast to find applicants that you were interested though you may have forgotten their last names. Set the filters and make the search and boom you found it. It's truly an all in one application for job recruitment.
