Overall great quality and always updating.
Pros
I love that it is cloud based and that I can access the software on any device. It also means that it is always being updated with new features to make practice easier. Any time I've had a question, the customer services has been fantastic about getting back to me the same day. Even when I submit a question at the end of the day, when they should be home, somebody usually replies back. Once the first visit is in, it's pretty easy to document each visit and enter appropriate charges.
Cons
It's a monthly cost forever. It's the same as paying for maintenance support in some of the other EHR software out there, but it's an expense that I will have forever. I'd like a few more statistical reports, but these are things that can be added in the future with the updates.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Dr. Chris! Thanks for your time in giving us such great feedback. Along with the several reports we already offer, we listen to all feedback from our clients and have many more on the way! One of the most invaluable aspects of being subscription based is that we take care of all the hassles of maintaining compliance, safely storing your data in the cloud and giving you full access to tons of new updates and features we release frequently. It's like have a car warranty that never expires and a car that always stays new! can't beat that ;)

Hi Dorin,
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that ChiroFusion has enhanced your workflow and patient management. Our commitment to providing an affordable, reliable, and complete practice management solution specifically for chiropractors is a cornerstone of our service.
ChiroFusion offers competitive pricing, with plans starting at $129 per month, providing essential features without the burden of high costs. Your decision to switch from ChiroTouch due to cost concerns resonates with many practitioners seeking a balance between functionality and affordability.
We’re especially glad you find the system’s SOAP notes easy to create and sign, as simplifying documentation is a key focus for us. Our SOAP notes can be completed in under 30 seconds, allowing for quick and efficient documentation. While narrative reports do take a bit longer due to their complexity, they typically shouldn’t take more than 2-3 minutes to complete.

Run don’t buy
Horrible experience. The software isn’t efficient. Data is regularly lost. If you like rewriting your exams and notes and then seeing them disappear only to have to redo them, then this is your software. Their customer support is non-existent. You are on your own if you need support. Don’t expect to get a hold of a human via phone or email. Everything is sent automated and they don’t return calls.
Pros
Nothing the worst experience ever. Data disappears! Customer support is non-existent.
Cons
Lack of customer support. You can’t reach a human. Everything is automated and they don’t return calls.

Scott,
At ChiroFusion, we’re dedicated to delivering reliable software and exceptional support, as our over 1,000 positive reviews with an average rating of 4.7/5 reflect. In our 16 years in business, we have never experienced a data compromise or a single instance of data loss. Your issue was attributed to user error.
However, it’s crucial to address that our ability to support you was impacted by repeated abusive behavior toward our team. In your interactions, comments like 'You better fcking call me now' and 'Ok, fck you' left our staff in an uncomfortable and hostile environment.
We also received threats from you about posting an additional 10 negative reviews, which unfortunately compromised the professional relationship we strive to uphold with all clients.
We believe in treating everyone with respect, and we extend that expectation to our clients as well. We hope you understand our decision to prioritize a safe and respectful environment for both our team and our clients.

ChiroFusion is the best choice EHR and Office Mgnt
The staff is first rate. The monthly fee is well worth the service.
Pros
The staff is always quick to respond to questions and the need to correct problems (mistakes on our end). The software is easy to use, I can enter my notes in real time. This makes the day run smoothly.
Cons
Small issues with the software such as the inability to reuse email per patient .
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Joseph,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing ChiroFusion as your EHR and office management solution! We’re thrilled to hear that you find our software easy to use and that it helps your day run smoothly by allowing you to enter notes in real time. We pride ourselves on offering quick and reliable support, so we’re glad to hear that our team has been responsive to your needs.
Regarding the inability to reuse email addresses, we want to clarify that this is a security measure. In our system, each email serves as a unique identifier for patients to ensure privacy and prevent any data conflicts. This ensures that patient records remain secure and properly organized. We understand that this may present occasional inconveniences, but we believe it’s crucial for safeguarding patient information and maintaining the integrity of the database.
Thank you again for your kind words about our staff and service—we’re happy to be a part of your practice’s success!

As a new chiro fusion user the user interface is easy to navigate and understand, but some quality of life features are missing like an apply to all button on adjustment type
Pros

Lack of ability to pull reports like number of soaps providers have signed during a given week, etc

Cons
1. Login is redundant with TOS checkbox.

3. No way of duplicating dates of service

5. Patient search is terribly limited.... Please adopt practice fusion input method for patient search.

Old Dogs, New Tricks
We decided to wait on this review until we had actually learned the system.....so here goes:
Started out in this business with paper charts, paper claims, etc. etc. Recent EHR changes, as well as electronic billing brought me to medisoft and the other 'fusion' type software, which is less and less free the more you add to it. It was time to look for a comprehensive suite that will enable the billing, scheduling, and documentation all in one suite.
The team at Chirofusion has filled all of the required boxes. I was paying $89 per month for a clearinghouse, and their new annual maintenance fee added another $30 per month. In addition, keeping Medisoft up to date annually was another $40-50 per month. Strictly speaking, this software is saving me money over the prior approach.
Your documentation will be top notch. The transition was a little painful, as everything is interconnected, but once you get used to that fact, and realize that your office is now paperless, you will have no trouble moving forward. The daily reports are comprehensive, and the exam routines are very comprehensive, and will allow you to include as much information as you would really care to have in the file.
Pros
The support team is superb. I mean superb. They work very hard, and hopefully they are fully appreciated for what they are doing for our profession. They have vast amounts of appreciation from this office.
The billing module is also superb. When using Medisoft in the past, which has been a mainstay for many years, the accounting was never fully spot on (no doubt a reflection of how we were using it). This system, however, will allow you to keep track of every single transaction, posting, write off and payment. Patient payments are kept in our system as unapplied credits until the claim comes back, at which point we will adjust the line items, apply patient responsibility, and close the claim. Bang. Done.
****For your medicare patients, make sure that you go through the write offs carefully. One of our big insurers will assign a non covered status to exams, extremities, etc., and the system will automatically follow suit. You will have to manually assign these responsibilities to the patient when posting the EOB. If I can learn this, you can learn this.****
Posting of the remits is as painless as it can possibly be. The integration with Office Ally is superb, and you do not even need an account with them. You will communicate with Office Ally only when setting up your insurance companies for EOB / ERA / EDI, and that's it. If they do not accept a claim, you better figure out why (they will generally tell you), so you can correct and resubmit it.
Cons
This is a newish product. They are still working on it, and there are quirks. It took us a while to learn them. Do not hit the enter key in the payment entry screen, or it tanks the whole affair. From what I can see, they are working diligently to get through these issues, and they do listen.
Note and a claim in 30 seconds is perhaps a stretch. If you are going to be collecting, applying, and accounting for a copayment or deductible payment, that is 15 seconds right there. There is a fair amount of clicking just to enter a payment, and it will not recall anything from previous visits. If you are interested in keeping track of relevent changes in your patient's picture from one visit to the next, it will take you a short while to document this as well. It does pull through information from the last visit, and makes it very easy however.
Some of the screens are a bit disjointed. The software does not have the polish that it will in a year or so, but it does it's job very well, and is perfect for smaller to mid sized practices. Not convinced it is a high volume practice solution, but if that is you, then have someone running around with a laptop behind you, and you will be all set.
Couple of friday mornings, no service. Updates to the servers, etc, which is great. Growing pains, which, given what we are getting, for a very reasonable price........not the end of the world.
***You cannot have multiple unsigned notes open on a patient***

first week of using the software, and haven't done my 4 training sessions yet so far so good
Great price for what you get and was up and running quickly.
Pros
I like that the software is relatively easy to use. Once you get to know the flow, its pretty easy. I love that it is web based, so I can access it from anywhere. The overall look of the pages are very good and clear.
I have written support a few times as I was trying to figure things out and they always respond super quick and have been very helpful. I also love that your help section has tons of information on it.
So far very happy with the software.
Cons
I have a few things that are a little bothersome as i'm learning to use the app that I would love to change, but are not deal breakers. hoping that in time as updates go out these things will get changed.
I don't like how some pages you need to save before you click to the next, while other pages save automatically. I find that if im in a hurry I will put in all my findings and compete the longest form of a encounter and click the next tab forgetting that that page in particular needs to be saved manually.
I wish I had more flexibility with the text message reminders to change what gets sent out. I also would love if the online intakes would work with cell phones, as about half of my patients try to open the email on their phone and then give up when it doesn't work.
I also have occasional issues where either the site times out, or the connection gets bogged down and things freeze up on me, but this hasn't been too bad yet.
my last complaint is I wish the scheduling area was a little more clear. Depending on how you click the name will either bring up that appointment or send you the patients profile, which is a huge pain if you click it wrong. If there was a icon or something that told you were or how to click on the name it would be helpful
Overall I do really like the software, there are just tweaks you have to learn and once you do its easy going, but having a busy week and learning the software at the same time got a little cumbersome.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Doc, Thanks for your feedback! We do have a near future update coming for the scheduler and specific to what you have mentioned. You will be pleased with the update :) We also will take your feedback back to our team for the auto-save aspect in reporting. As for the Text reminders, these are industry standard and common format. We will pass along your feedback for intakes, as currently they are designed to work with any computer/tablet. We will also have someone reach out to you regarding your issue with speed. We do not have any reported issues with our server speeds and are hosted on Microsoft Azure. Our average page loading time is 1.6 to 2.2 seconds on average. There may be something related to your internet or system and we'd be happy to help you figure it out :)

I've just started using it. Overall it appears to be a nice program. There are some issues...
An electronic EHR from paper. Ease of use for what is there. Bring able to track patient records, files and billing. Bring able to access it anywhere. Overall I think it's better than many programs out there but it is close to being a very nice program.
Pros
The ease of using the billing and electronic claim submission. The patient dashboard is nice. The initial exam is fairly thorough and easy to go through.
Cons
I don't like the font size and how spread out the patient note is. I would like a soap note to be on one page when printed out. A new patient exam should fit on 1 to 1.5 pages. All the info included on an exam can fit on it. I don't like the extra explanation of every Ortho exam. Takes up too much space and causes extra pages for printing. Changing a CPT or diagnosis code is not an easy process in case you made a mistake and need to change it. Having to go back into the note to change a charge, then back to billing in a pain. The patient search function on the main page pops up the patient, but you cannot access that patient from the basic search. I need to enter a blank search to bring up the advanced search to get a patient up. A patient master list would be a nice option. I have an additional provider at my clinic and the additional fee was not advertised when I signed up, That is misleading when you say you can add as many users as needed, not mentioning additional fees for additional providers. I would like to be able to click on a patient on the schedule and open their note/info. A optional USB card scanner for credit card auto integration would be nice.

Hi Brett, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! Looking over your review it sounds like you could use some TLC. It looks like you have not taken advantage of any of the training we offer? Very happy customer!
My experience has been exceptional… The price is very reasonable, we used support for the first few months and it was very very prompt with all her questions, great tutorials whenever we need to learn something new, love that our patients can get a text reminder that is huge! And overall the fact that it is cloud-based and quick in the office setting makes it very convenient and practical for us. Was an excellent choice. Highly recommend!
Pros
I love that it is cloud-based. I can check on appointments at home, change the schedule, work on a file. My office manager takes the phones with her on our day off and continues to schedule people from home. Also has a very user friendly interface very quick to do a patient soap notes after their visit with the upgrades of integrated
Cons
Not much for con!
Would be nice to have the report section a little more extensive, but I think that is in the works in a future upgrade.

Great opportunities for various offices
Overall, the implementation of ChiroFusion has been a great decision for our office. We have been using the software for a little over 4 years and have seen some improvements (billing software, online intakes, and scheduling functions)and some changes that were detractors from our use of the system (unable to email detailed receipt, billing reports in old system were much more customizable and user friendly, case selection).
Pros
-They are constantly changing portions of the system to improve functionality, workflow, and offer more variations to meet the needs of different offices.
-improved accuracy and speed of completion of notes for patients
-ability for users to request changes/upgrades to the system
-payment software integration
-can use with any secure internet connection (great for working from home or remote offices)
Cons
-the software is not ideal but is usable for a cash practice (ie. Intakes ask for insurance info and cannot be modified, billing software is improving)
-text message reminders (an add-on option) are unable to be customized/responded to (I believe this is still the case as this is the reason we have not subscribed to this feature
-billing reports are lacking in their capabilities

this was overall one of the worst decisions we ever made. there is a reason there is not a...
None
Cons
It was very cumbersome and lengthy to use. They makes you think you are getting everything included. They take your money, and then find out nothing is included. We quickly found out that this is not going to work (in less than a week) we contacted the customer rep and he was very unpleasant to work with and we did not get a dime refunded. I think it was about $ we were out for having access to their software for 6 days and never using it for a single patient, and using only one training. We have a Chiropractic assistant that has used Chirofusion and one other software company. She was completely blown away at how inferior this product is in so many ways to her other software experiences, and it took over twice as long for input and notes. My advise is stay away from Chirofusion. There is a reason there is not a free trial. It takes way to long to enter in SOAP notes and to enter patient data. They make it sound like it is no problem transfering patient data, just send it to them and they will take care of it. Once you pay for the software to start, then they let you know what they charge to do this and that most practices do all of the transferring of data themselves. We used it for less than a week and realized it is a waste of time and money, and of course they will not refund a dime.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Jon, sorry to hear of your experience. We are very candid about our refund policy and once you activate your account & partake in training this portion is non-refundable as we have incurred expenses by this time. The great news is that ChiroFusion is a fraction of what other softwares cost and you are free to cancel at any time. The majority of clients who come to ChiroFusion stay with us as they are most content with our software and this is easily portrayed in the reviews we receive. We're sorry that we were not a fit for your specific needs in your office and at the very minimum you were in it for a couple hundred dollars for the services and hours of training we did provide to you and your staff. Wishing the best on your EHR search!

Not all that
This product initially looks great but once you get in it is slow in the cloud based system. It often needs to be refreshed. There is way to many clicks to get from one page to another. It's hard to see the big picture (calendar) for a particular patient and the reports are incomplete and inaccurate.
The financial side of it is a pain in the rear and I am just a private pay office.
It's clunky at best and even when on the phone with them and they are going through it with me, often times they are lost and refreshing to figure out why something in particular might not be working.
Also, the text reminders still get sent out even when you cancel or reschedule an appointment.
It's also quite a bit more than $99. Better to find something else than waste time on this product.
Pros
How it looks and its initial simplicity of the SOAP
Cons
Very clunky. Often needs to be refreshed. Poor and inaccurate reports. Too many clicks. Having to hop from one screen to another to enter financial data and the system crashing. Text reminders still get sent if you cancel or reschedule and appointment. Cant see the big picture on the calendar for future visits. Costs way more than $99 a month and requires a lot of your time.
Response from ChiroFusion
We're sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience, as this is not the norm with our clients. We offer several hours of free training to all clients and it appears that you've only taken advantage of a 40 min. session. Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we were unaware of such an opportunity in your most recent feedback indicating you were doing well and didn't require any assistance. We pride ourselves on being a transparent company and our pricing of only $99/month is clearly stated on our website with no hidden, or additional fees. Please note, text reminders may still transmit on appointments canceled last min. When it comes to server reliability, we boast a 1.3 second page loading time with no incidences of interruption even from high volume offices. A poor internet connection can affect any web browsing experience. We'd like the opportunity to change your experience & we'll happily contact you first thing Monday morning.

ChiroFusion Review
I've been using ChiroFusion for a few months. I think they have a great platform, and can improve upon it even further. I would recommend this more to a smaller, one-two doc practice, and in fact I just did, but it becomes pretty expensive when you have multiple practitioners that are all part time.
I think they should have a max price per practice if you have more than say 3 practitioners.
I really look forward to them hopefully implementing some feature requests that I suggested.
Pros
Easy to use. Easy to learn (at least for doctors), a bit more difficult for front office (billing, etc)
Web based, no need to store info in your computer. Access anywhere.
Quick response from support team when you have questions.
Built in credit card plug in. Ability to do recurring charges for plans if that's what you do.
Cons
-Inability to add/edit things you want, such as, adding an ortho exam if they don't have it.
-Lack of feature request implementation: if you want something added to it, not likely going to happen.
-Expensive when you have multiple doctors. If you have a doc in your practice coming in 1 or 2xweek, you still have to pay the full price to be able to bill under them.
-Apparently, inability to export all your patients data (med history) with a click of a button if you want to leave. You have to click on each pt and export data individually. Imagine if you have 2K+ patients, exporting one by one!
-Only good for chiros, no acupuncture built in format. (though you can type your own and paste into forms)
-No built in PI report format.
-No built in addendum format.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Doc, Thanks for your feedback! We do invite clients to submit recommendations and requests as we implement them every single month :) We also do offer great reductions for multi-provider offices and at 3 providers it's only $49/month more. We've done our homework and we always strive to be the top taco in town ;)

Great value for a solid program
Pros
Reasonable cost, ability to both click documentation fields or write out description, possible add-on text reminders, recreation of new note from previous note, patient care plans that track remaining visits, easily usable outcome assessment
Cons
Occasionally patient's names appear on the schedule when they don't have an appointment, billing doesn't generate a statement for every person with a balance due, walk out receipts are too complex, cannot look up patients by phone number, cannot generate a prescription for PT or X-rays.

Making the move to ChiroFusion has made us more productive and profitable practice.
We, like many other practices, were stuck with overpriced, overly complicated and bloated software simply because it's what we had grown comfortable with over the years. What made us consider a change was the constant need for pricey updates, compliance issues, server costs and an ongoing cost for tech support.
When the search for an alternative began, ChiroFusion kept coming up as a truly viable alternative so we requested a demo and were blown away by the friendliness, responsiveness and knowledge of ChiroFusion's staff.
Within a week we were trained and up an running with our new software. If we ever have a question support is included and very responsive to our requests and the constant improvements means the software just keeps getting better!
We now save over 70% monthly in operating costs and are a leaner and more responsive practice that can spend all of our time on patient care and none of our time dealing with software and technical issues.
Pros
Ease of use, exceptional support, low costs, every feature a chiropractor may need is integrated and automated. Once a patient is set up you can go from entering SOAP noted to filing a claim in under 3 minutes; we've timed it!
Cons
Nothing really because if you ever have a problem support is very responsive and if you have a suggestion and they like it ChiroFusion will integrate it usually within a month.

After a month, I am really enjoying the documentation part of the software.
Pros
I love how easy and quick it is to complete soap notes. I really enjoy the save draft feature to remind me of what notes I still need to work on. The schedule will also display which soap notes have been completed, also reminding me which notes are complete and incomplete. I like how exams and soap notes are customizable. My favorite part of all is the cloud based software, Mac and Windows friendly, and all your files are accessible on any device with internet connection.
Cons
The schedule is not customizable when it comes to time intervals, which means the intervals are set at 10 minutes making it difficult for staff to schedule appointments quickly. When scheduling a new patient, you must enter too much information before actually getting that patient onto the schedule. The billing tab is difficult to navigate. There is no section for "nickname", rather than just first and last name (even middle and suffix would be nice because we have several Sr./Jr. type patients). We often work remotely, so a mobile app is becoming necessary in today's day and age. We currently have to use a different software for scheduling because it is too difficult to use the CF scheduler on a mobile device. This creates more work later on because all of the patients have to then be transferred to the Chirofusion schedule before they arrive.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Justin, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! Regarding the scheduler & increments customization... You spoke & we listened! This feature goes live tomorrow morning along with a few other scheduling items we have coming down the pipeline. Pros
ChiroFusion is super user friendly. It's really streamlined so you don't have to click 100 times to get to the page your looking for. You can access patient info from any page your working on.

Misses the mark in EVERY place that it counts
The help is great, the EHR is great but overall if you use paper and have a biller then rest assured that they will not use the billing, you wont use the calendar, which means you now still have to do a lot of scanning of paperowork to have the information accesbile and a lot of uploading still to send paperwork to your biller. Overall, its a flashy looking software that is behind in todays time for integrating with other calendars and software. Even having text expansion is not thru them. they use textblaze.com (free for everyone to use BTW) which means you have to remember the little shortcuts you make instead of having buttons in the software so you dont have to. I really wished i would use this software but its a lot of work and memorization to stay organized. My paper way might not be as pretty and detailed but id rather have that then extra work which is what you get with this software. This review will save you the $500 set up fee that they will NOT give back to you. Youre welcome.
Pros
the EHR portion is good and thats about it
Cons
1. The calendar is totally a disaster. If you use google calendar and dont think its great then use the one with chirofusion and you will run back. The ease of accessibility on google on your phone to see what your day looks like is paramount to a business. With chirofusion they tell you to go on your phone browser, go to the site, log in and then go to the calendar. For that reason alone this software sucks. Totally useless because it makes life so much harder.
If you have a biller then they will all tell you that the billing section, although it looks great on the demo, does not work well for them. They did whats comfortable for them and ignored what the billers really needed.
2. No phone app. at least if they had that with access to the calendar I wouldnt be here writing this review

The company seems pretty helpful and are better than most ehr company’s when it comes to training and ease of use.

Pros and Cons
I have come to realize that no software will be exactly what each practitioner wants unless they develop it specifically for themselves. So I don't expect it to be perfect. However, some updates and options may be nice to see a little more frequently. Overall this software is very affordable and easy to navigate and I appreciate that.
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and navigate, chart notes look nice, patient progress is tracked well. Follow up SOAP notes are easy to modify from the previous.
Cons
Limited customizations and defaults. Too many clicks. On a new patient I almost always adjust Diversified, but every new patient I have to choose Diversified from the drop down menu for every area I manipulated on them. A default here would be nice. If I don't manipulate with Diversified and use activator I can just change that specific area away from the default of Diversified. That can be an additional 12-20 clicks in an initial exam that takes unnecessary time. You can't change/modify or add orthopedic tests. There are a few tests I utilize in different areas that I have to manually write out and I have to do that in the chiro analysis section because there is no place for a manual entry of an orthopedic test in the orthopedic tab. You cant copy one case to another. If a person changes insurances and you want to create a new case with their new insurance since the old insurance hasn't cleared yet you have to completely redo a soap note or exam note with the new case. You can't transfer or copy a note to a new case. There is a lot of redundancy in the billing area. When you sign a note you check to send it to billing, then you have to approve it in billing, then you have to print/send the claim all on different tabs/screens and this is all done so you can actually post the patients payment for that day to that charge so you can provide them with a detailed receipt. Yes you can put their payment as an UAC, but that isn't a specific receipt for an HSA or AFLAC. Scheduling i

ChiroFusion Review
Pros
I like that it is cloud based and I can access the software anywhere. If I want to call a patient in the evening I don't have to write their information down I can add a task into the software and open it on my computer at home after I have put my kids to bed. I like the layout of the software. It is very intuitive. I like that the developers are constantly working to improve the product.
Cons
Checking out a patient/charging their credit card requires getting completely out of whatever you are working on and the process is clunky to use the OpenEdge through Chirofusion.

One of the top Chiropractic Softwares out there
This software was easy to launch and start using right away. It makes a decent note for insurance when needed. Stays up to date with no downloads required on my end since it is web-based.
Pros
I like that ChiroFusion is web-based. That way I don't have to maintain a server. In my last software, our computer working as the server crashed, and we were without an EHR for the day and lost data because of the frequency of backup. I can even log into ChiroFusion at a screening and look at my schedule and book appointments live. I like the option of text and email reminders, and the option for online scheduling for patients. The macros work pretty well. Billing is straightforward and easy to use. New update coming soon to make it even better.
Cons
Scheduling a new patient needs info and can take a few minutes. If a patient has been to another office with chirofusion, they can't use the same email address. A little sluggish at times waiting for billing reports.

Great Product for the Price!
The transition from my previous software to ChiroFusion was pretty seemless. The support is very good and they are quick to respond to any problems I have.
Pros
The software can be set up with as much or as little as needed for your specific practice. You aren't forced into having expensive add-ons that you wouldn't use. As a single practitioner this was what I needed where other companies made you pay for a "system" no matter the size of the clinic which had many pieces that aren't always needed.
Cons
The only issue I've had while using the software over the past year and a half has been some slow processing but only in the billing portion of the software. It's all online so depending on your internet speed things may be faster or slower but since this issue only happens while switching screens in the billing portion it seems that is something that needs to be addressed and I know based on email communications from ChiroFusion that it is something that will be getting updated soon.

ChiroFusion has been the best decision our practice ever made!
Working with ChiroFusion has been a positive experience overall. The software has been a solid system, allowing us to operate effectively on a daily basis and focus on growing our practice. Overall, the system has been a great fit for us. The price point, with the clearinghouse integrated, is unbeatable. This solution has been long overdue for chiropractors - thank you!!!
Pros
First off, I can't thank the folks at ChiroFusion enough for understanding how to make a simple, affordable and user friendly EHR. I’ve used numerous systems in the past and will say this software is in a league of its own. The software is web-based and can run on any platform including Windows and Mac. This flexibility is important for us as we use a mix of Mac and PCs in the office and work remotely from home at times. The workflow is intuitive and extremely easy to navigate for everyone in the office. We were up and running within a week with zero setup required on our end. The online scheduling feature with integrated intake forms has been a game changer for us. Our patients can schedule appointments with our office 24/7 from their mobile device and all paperwork can be completed online before the appointment. The reporting component produces detailed notes in under a minute that are clear and professional in appearance. The integrated clearinghouse also saves time and money. Claims can be uploaded to Office Ally at the end of the day with one click and claim status reports are provided within a few minutes. Our previous software required us to export our claim files from the system, then upload them to a clearinghouse that was charging us close to $120/month to submit claims. The last thing I want to mention is support. ChiroFusion's support team is always available and quick to get back to us whenever we have a question.
Cons
I'm truly happy and can’t really think of any cons at this time. The staff are always responsive to our requests for improvements and welcome our feedback. It would be great at some point in the future to include electronic eligibility verification in the insurance component of the software.

Needs more refining, very inconsistent. Keep in mind, most of these reviews are new users.
Pros
Billing is integrated which saves a ton of money compared to other programs. Visually appealing. Built for chiropractors.
Cons
Quite a few here:
* The schedule is very clunky feeling. Not the easiest to see what your week looks like. Doesn't allow for blocks for out of office etc. without making a fake patient which makes it more difficult to track stats. Adding a patient is also clunky. If a new patient calls, you go to the schedule, find a spot, add the new patient info, then it takes you to their file instead of the calendar where you then have to add the patient onto the time slot you originally clicked.
* If you are not a subluxation based doc, you have to deal with the fact that it is all over the chart. I would prefer the ability to put "restrictions" or "Segmental dysfunction" or anything alse.
* The chart flow is VERY inconsistent. Some pages require that you click save, others don't. When changing tabs, the program could easily auto save but it doesn't.
* Requires constant maintenance to chrome just so it doesn't lose data from click to click.
* Statements are a bit of a pain. It only allows you to print batches of 10 patients at a time. If you have a couple hundred patients, It would take a VERY long time.
* Definitely takes more than 30 seconds per note.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Dean, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. A quality experience for all of our clients is of utmost importance to us. The initial training we offer helps ensure a quick & easy acclimation to CF and most users are up and running in just a couple of weeks. We do see that you did not take advantage of the full training experience we offer & some of the challenges you are experiencing are simply attributed to a lack of understanding for the workflow of our system. Maintaining your browser updates is highly recommended for the security of any web browsing experience. Chrome is great because updates take just seconds. We are always open to feedback from our clients & do our best to incorporate a lot of what we receive into future updates. We strive to meet the needs for all styles of practice & providers that use our software. Thanks again Doc!

Great EHR but extremely poor support
Overall my experience was great until I had one major issue and asked to speak with someone from management and refused to speak with me. When I am spending $2500 a year and have an issue, the least they could do is to speak with me, admit there was an issue, apologize about it and work on it so that it does not happen again instead of just saying it was not major issue and most issues are resolved in a 24 hour period (Jessica B). Sadly, I will be switching if I do not hear back from them.
Pros
Great software for solo practice, very user friendly and cloud based which makes it user friendly. The options to integrate are all great but ofcourse they do add up in cost.
Cons
By far the worst customer service when it comes technical issues. For the last 6 months, we have had 8 incidents where the online scheduler had stopped working. In most cases it was resolved immediately but on two ocassionas it was down for almost 3 days which meant none of our patients could schedule an appointment and we had no clue it was down. When asking what was the issue, they respond with "we will investigate and get back to you" and they never do. Trying to speak with someone is impossible. They will not speal with you over the phone unless you pay $15 one time to just speak with someone.

ChiroFusion lives up to the promise of EHR
Easy of use in patient care documentation and the management of good, clean medical records is of vital importance and ChiroFusion delivers on that need. The ability to capturing all services for increased revenue has made the old superbill system obsolete.
Pros
ChiroFusion's method of documentation is by far the easiest and most thorough of any Chiropractic software on the market. The thoroughness and explanation of care is excellent for both patients and insurance carriers. The best part about ChiroFusion is the ease of use by the doctor and staff to document care provided and the ability to capture and bill for all services provided. ChiroFusion makes it easy to justify patient care plans.
Cons
Click boxes could be made more sensitive. Having to be exactly on the boxes sweet spot in some areas slows down the documentation and use, but it is only in certain areas.

Easy to use, once you get the hang of it
The training is great. The implementation team is very good. They are great at answering your questions. I would like more manuals and less videos (but that's just me)
Pros
I like the intuitiveness of the software, it all goes left to right, save at every interval. SOAP notes are easy to produce following the initial visit
Cons
Toggling between scheduling and documentation/billing could be a bit more seamless. It's irritating to put a new patient in the schedule and by the time you've entered all the required info, you've forgotten what time and date you were putting them on the schedule for.

Easy to use. Great value. Highly recommend this software.
Improved office efficiency. More time to spend with my family and friends.
Pros
Overall, I'm very happy with the system. Our office has used 3 other chiropractic EHR software systems over the past 16 years and taken countless of demos. Although none of these systems have been perfect, I feel that Chirofusion was the best of the bunch and has served us well over the years. The software's interface is simple yet efficient, and simplifies many common office procedures which keeps our staff happy. I also like that the clearinghouse is actually integrated into the software and offered at no additional cost. This makes billing and claims management much easier for my billing staff as there is no need to upload claims to an external clearinghouse. One of the things we love most about this company is their support system. They are literally available anytime you need them including late evenings and even weekends. Melinda and Bonnie have been a huge help and are always pleasant when we call with questions. I highly recommend Chirofusion to anyone looking for a great chiropractic office software.

Pros
Since 2002 as a CA for a chiropractor and now as a DC myself, who has owned three clinics in my decade career, I have experienced and used a dozen or more chiropractic EHRs.
ChiroFusion is the best!
I love the scheduling, being able to see if a SOAP has been completed from the schedule view, the text and email reminders for patient appointments, the ease of use with extra charges for any cash services or products, customization of write offs aka adjustments to a positive or negative for any reason needed, claims and refiling are a breeze, patient reporting is simple yet inclusive to any reports you may need.
The patient dashboard is perfect - shows patient picture, and any images such as, X-Rays, etc can be uploaded as a jpg and shown on dashboard - great tool for ROFs.
SOAPs are the best and quickest I've ever seen! Love the task manager!
I could not be more pleased with this software, so much so that after switching to ChiroFusion back in March 2017 for my own clinic, I also recommended all my fellow DCs do the same!
The on-board training was the icing on the cake - hands down BEST I've been through!
Help Desk is awesome for any training as you go, and available real time, all the time, by one click from your ChiroFusion screen without having to call, set appointment or go to an outside site. Of course, it's cloud based which is imperative and if you aren't using cloud based EHR you need to! I am a forever ChiroFusion fan! Thank you! Amy Cox, DC

Very happy with our office’s choice to switch!
Our office’s experience has been very pleasant. We have no remorse for making the switch.
Pros
As the office manager, a software that has the ability to keep me on task with billing and scheduling is of the utmost value. This is what I love most about ChiroFusion! The software is extremely easy to use and the training provided to help you get there is top notch.
Cons
If I had to express a concern it would be the inability for patients of the same family to share a common family email account. The team took this feature request to heart and hopefully it will be something we see in the future. Other than that, we are very happy!

What really helped solidify our decision was the CEO taking the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!). He was very forthcoming with his answers and was extremely patient. This spoke volumes to us!- Industry: Hospital & Health Care

Worth it for small business oweners
Pros
I've been using ChiroFusion since 2018. The program is very easy to use. Any issues that arise are cleared up quickly by watching a short tutorial video in their extensive help library or a simple email to the support team. It's a basic program, easy to learn, easy to use.
Cons
It takes many steps to revert a check if an insurance company retracts money or the posting is incorrect. The patient ledger requested by many patients at year end is extremely confusing and not user friendly. Patients have no need to see a complete history of how one visit was paid. It needs to be simpler.
Response from ChiroFusion
Hi Angela. Thank you for sharing your experience with ChiroFusion! It's great to hear that you've found the program easy to use and that any issues are quickly resolved through their tutorial videos or support team. Your feedback highlights the importance of a user-friendly interface and accessible support, which are crucial for any software. We appreciate your input!

Chiro Software At Its Best
So far, I don't ever plan on switching to a different provider. I've used about 3 other software systems, and this is by far the best!
Pros
I love the ease of use! It's so simple and intuitive to use that I am confident when I hire employees I won't spend more than maybe a day teaching them the ins and outs. The accessibility is also amazing. It's great being able to access your schedule from your phone when you're out and about!
Cons
There are times when the billing side of the software freezes up and becomes unresponsive, but generally this issue gets resolved within minutes.
