TG reduces your time for screening and preliminary interviewing of employees. Once the test passed you can go to screening of portfolio \[technical staff\] or references list \[management\] not using time for more interviews of more you actually need to judge the choice to hire. > > **Cons**: Some tests, especially for soft skills have a lot of questions - it splits focus and some can be not clear answered. Technical - needed Prospective June level for rising stars to be choosen cause some programming level tests are hard to pass, it makes reliability but does not help to employer to save costs.
