> **Cons**: Customer service  is non-existence\! The monthly bill is always on time, but implementation is a very leghty process with multiple charges and fees. If you try to find someone to answer your phone call after 3:00 PM on Friday, you are truly a lucky man\! Support and customer service is not on their vocabulary yet.
