We also employ freelancers from around the globe so similar to having the compliance/labour law market knowledge on the EOR side of things through their partners such as Capital GES it would be great to have this potential offering maybe on on the freelancer side of things or pre-vetted partners they can recommend that can provide legal counsel that we can access through the platform i.e. check that the contractor/freelancer has all the compliant business insurance etc. > > On searching for a EOR partner we had various conversations with different businesses offering similar services at different stages of maturity in their own company lifecycles.
