> **Pros**: It was easy enough to set up an Iframe careers page with basic branding and a simple framework, to then be able to use the ATS

> **Cons**: It is not GDPR compliant in my opinion. If you choose to have hiring managers access the system, which is the most effective way to make use of an ATS, then they automatically see candidates for ALL active roles. This is not a legitimate reason for accessing candidate date and should be avoided.

> I used it for 2 weeks and then sought a new solutions. Agencies cannot upload full applications, in addition the GDPR issue. I would not recommend at all.

Abbiamo dovuto modificare alcuni processi per adeguarci al flusso del software.Alcune funzionalità possono essere implementate e migliorate: unificazione dei profili doppi, imputazione dati in modo che siano sempre filtrabile e nessuno venga escluso (CAP, sesso,...); il caricamento manuale di CV, il sistema non carica correttamente le informazioni che cattura e deve tutto essere imputato manualmente.

> Ci permette di mantenere più aggiornato il percorso di selezione del candidato, lo spazio del database a disposizione è aumentabile. Positivo avere la possibilità di allegare dei documenti, geolocalizzazione.

> **Pros**: Sistema intuitivo, costantemente aggiornato da nuove funzionalità da chi conosce la materia del Digital HR, tracking del processo recruitment molto puntuale e utile, ottima visibilità grazie all'annuncio multipost, interessanti i webinar che vengono proposti ai clienti sulle principali tematiche di DIgital HR, strumento apprezzato anche dai candidati che spesso lamentano, su altri portali, la difficoltà a presentare la candidatura. Consiglio, in un mondo sempre più smart, di inserire in form di registrazione snello.

> **Cons**: E' già di base un efficace strumento di recruitment sia nella fase di adv che nella fase di tracking dell'iter selettivo. Attenzione al titolo della Job profile richiesto perché su alcuni portali, cui è collegato InRecruiting, potrebbe esserci una visibilità limitata.
