How crews clock in: on a jobsite kiosk or the MobiClocks mobile app. Face recognition with liveness detection stops buddy punching and ghost employees; geofencing and GPS confirm crews are actually on site; offline punches sync automatically when the device reconnects.

Labor cost control: every punch is tied to a job site and cost code, so labor cost is visible the same day rather than after payroll. Flags and alerts surface late arrivals, missed punches, and offline punches for review. Payroll rules, overtime, and union pay classes are applied automatically.

Integrations: approved payroll publishes directly to Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Foundation, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, HCSS HeavyJob, ComputerEase, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Enterprise.
