> **Pros**: They have a list of countries on their website that we thought they supported. We contacted them and they told us they did not support the country we were looking at and that those articles are to help users understand the requirements in those countries. If that were true, why do they use wording in those same articles like: "Skuad's {CountryNameHere) EOR services"?&#10;I have serious doubt that Skuad supports employer of record in many countries if any. There is a lack of transparency in the countries they do support since the ones they advertise are not accurate.

> **Cons**: Lack of transparency from the company on supported EOR countries. Completely misleading advertising that I believe is used to lure in larger companies before opening businesses in those countries. This makes me question their knowledge of the regulations they operate in (if any).
