The screens are easy to follow and quite simple. You deal with each transaction individually and there is nothing confusing about where to click or what screen you're on. The right amount of space is given to the different fields you where you enter data. I don't take this for granted. Also the system always worked perfectly. I never had a problem with glitches or mishandled transactions. > > **Cons**: There is nothing that helps get the job done faster. You deal with each transaction individually. For example, select your desired transaction, code the transaction, upload the receipt, submit. No feature for coding transactions in bulk, no ability to upload multiple receipts, no automatic matching of receipt to transaction, no forwarding of receipts by email. It is simple but basic. > > I enjoyed using this platform for its simplicity. But after using an alternative system with more helpful features, I couldn't go back.
