> **Pros**: Pitch Gauge is able to use its algorithms of visible surface area from the satellite to complete its measurements even when there are obstructions like tree cover not showing all of the surface area.

> **Cons**: I wish it incorporated more premium features such as making three-dimensional proposals with animation options including manufacturer shingles and color.
> 
> The customer service is excellent. When you needs measurements quickly the technical team will escalate the project and get measurements shortly thereafter.
