It does just enough to get by, but it works slow. I might would not be so disappointed if it was not so slow to use. > > **Cons**: It is very slow. It is frustrating trying to even assign work as it takes so long for changes to be made. Saves can take as long as 15-20 seconds and even longer at times. It has a very old feel of an interface. There are way to many fields that are not needed that make the interface take up the entire page. It is not customizable. Reports can not be customized by the administrator. Yes you can export but even then if you choose export it exports the entire page of data instead of a way to select. The only reason the product was chosen was because of space planning part and it included the maintenance part and it was the product at their previous location. It was selected by someone who had never used maintenance specific system. But that individual also was told that system was administrator customizable such as required fields etc. > > I have been disabled with the support. A change was made to the system a couple of months ago and they FMS support can't seem to fix the problem.
