> Campus Events allows you to present your events online and give participants the opportunity to register 24/7 without the need for emails, forms or Excel spreadsheets. It is a central management system that provides you with a comprehensive overview of registrations, cancellations, waiting lists, participant information and invoices for both one-day and multi-day events as well as event series. Interested individuals can easily register themselves at any time, and if the event reaches capacity, they are automatically placed on a waiting list. Setting up new events is straightforward – simply enter the key information centrally or copy and adapt from existing events. Campus Events supports both free and paid participation options, as well as different price levels for various target groups. Payments can be made via invoice or PayPal, and invoices are automatically generated as PDFs with debtor numbers and cost centers. Event organizers have real-time access to up-to-date participant lists, enabling them to send mass emails to attendees and/or those on the waiting list. Exporting participant data to Excel or generating participant lists, signature lists, and name tags is effortless with Campus Events. Participant certificates are provided as PDFs in the attendee area, and documents can be sent to all participants easily.
To further streamline event management, Campus Events features internal databases where frequently used information can be stored centrally, such as categories, contacts, event locations, organizers, speakers, sponsors, and technical parameters.
