This is helpful because when you are managing a portfolio of properties. All properties may not use the same landscaper, fire company etc. Having their contact information at our fingertips in the app makes our job easier and faster when contacting our vendors, especially in the event of an emergency. We also hope for an "all building" or "all property" announcement to be available soon, as it was in Angus. This way, instead of sending an announcement for every single property, i.e. "Management, maintenance and cleaning will be closed on Christmas Day", we can send one memo, which makes our job easier and faster.
